In these uncertain times, iii’s mission is to continue supporting our resilient artist community and provide you, our audience, with activities to do online and offline. While some activities had to be postponed, our curators have worked hard to adapt the program to changing times. Some exciting developments:
iii now has a soldering kit lending library for the upcoming Crystal Radio workshop (moved to Zoom) and Graphite Synthesizer Workshop (now an instructional video).
We now have a PIY (Perform It Yourself) scores section on our website, featuring scores that you can perform in the comfort of your own home.
Our radio show “Rumoriii” will continue as planned thanks to the efforts of our friends at Radio Tonka.
Live coding concert NL_CL#2: Flesh will be streamed online, and Should I Stay or Should I Go will take the form of an online exhibition.
Our guests Joana Chicau, and Peter Flemming will be doing their residencies virtually. Stay tuned for activity updates on our social media.
In case you missed them, we have put up documentation of recent online events online:
28 March 2020: NL_CL#1: The Future of Music
4 April 2020: Residencies in Quarantine
19 April 2020: PANT Public #2: What Now? Foreign Artists in The Netherlands
Stay strong and see you online!
